Vaccination is not required to enter to Peru.

Centers of Vaccination
If you have planned to carry out a trip to the amazon area or jungle of Peru, it is advisable to be vaccinated against the yellow fever.

In Lima
 
International Airport Jorge Chávez: It is located in the 2° floor, medical post in which you can be vaccinated before taking a flight to the jungle.
Schedule: The 24 hours, the seven days of the week.

Center of International Vaccination: It is located in the National Hospital "2 de Mayo".
Address: Parque de la Medicina w/n, Lima.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 07:30 to 13:30 hrs.

Center of Vaccination: It is located at one side of the "Hospital del Niño".
Address: Jirón Independencia No. 121, Breña
Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:30 hrs.

In Provinces
It is also possible to be vaccinated at your arrival to the airports of Iquitos and Puerto Maldonado.

Note: Depending on the time that you estimate to be interned in the jungle, if this time will be long consult with your doctor the possibility to be vaccinated against the hepatitis, typhoid, tetanus and an anti malaria treatment.
