Rob and I would like to thank you for all your help in getting our rooms and tours. Your help was very greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful time seeing the sites around Cuzco and Machu Picchu. All of the people that we came in contact with were so helpful and friendly. The Don Carlos had excellent accommodations and staff. The restaurant in the hotel had excellent food and the staff was also very friendly. Again, thank you so much for all of your assistance in our travels to Cuzco. Someday, we will hopefully need your professional assistance again as we did not get to see all of Peru.

Hi Monica,

We have recently returned from our three-week trip to Peru. I don't think I have ever enjoyed a trip more. I shall certainly recommend to all my friends that they should journey there!

You arranged for us a five-day pre-Inca journey. Thank you so much. Everything worked out perfectly. First of all, I was most impressed with LAN Peru. The two flights which you arranged and two other flights which we took later in our tour of Peru were excellent - on time, comfortable, snacks were provided, everyone was thoroughly professional and very helpful. Our hotels in Chiclayo and Trujillo were excellent and again everyone was most helpful. Our guide, Roger, was outstanding. He provided so much information on the history of pre-Inca Peru and answered my endless questions patiently, thoroughly, and cheerfully. And what spectacular food we enjoyed; I had not known that Peru is so famous for its cuisine. I would say that the tour you arranged for us was the highlight of our time in Peru.

Again thank you so much. I hope tourism continues to increase. Those who travel to Peru are indeed fortunate.

Acabo de disfrutar mi viaje a Perú. Estoy escribiendo este correo electrónico en mi hotel en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Tengo que agradecerle personalmente todo lo que ha hecho para mí. Todo ha salido muy bien sin muchos problemas, y tengo que escribir a la página de web que dijo que su compañía no es confiable. Voy a escribir algo allí para que lo demás no se desconfíen de su compañía.

Pero sólo tengo dos cosas que contarle.

1. He tenido que pagar US$47 más por el billete porque el billete "Backpacker" no existe durante esta temporada. Entonces, Carrusel me pidió que pagara la diferencia, lo que hice al último día. Así que no se preocupe ya que todo ya está arreglado.

2. Estoy muy satisfecho con todos los hostales que me alojé durante mi estancia en Perú, excepto el de Lima. La habitación no es tan satisfactoria como las otras que me he alojado en Perú. Tal vez ¿hay otros hostales/hosteles económicos que son mejores que Hostal Tinkus? No sé. La recepcionista incluso trató de cobrarme más para la habitación - le djie que ya había pagado ya que formó parte del paquete.

A pesar de dos pequeñitas quejas, me alegra haber seleccionado su compañía para la organización de mi viaje - nunca voy a olvidar esta experiencia. Gracias mucho por su trabajo.

To whom it may concern....

My name is Don Coen & I am from Arizona and have several emails & phone calls with one of your employee's, Veralucia Giraldo. We booked travel through her & Go2Peru on Star Peru for my wife and a friend from Lima to Cuzco & back, in March. Veralucia has been MOST helpful in all aspects of our task that I can't say thanks enough.

Then came the floods in Peru in January and all our plans had to be changed. My wife and her friend were to go hiking on Machu Pichu but with the floods and the "State of Emergency" all the plans had to be changed to a later date.

Again the phone calls and emails to Veralucia were taking place! She was even more helpful and kind than before. I can not thank her enough for all the help & support she gave me. Had it not been for her there is no way that I could have handled it on my own.

You have yourself a very good employee in Miss Giraldo & I would very much like to take this opportunity to let you know that I am very grateful for all her assistance. Not once through any of this did she be anything but "KIND, COURTEOUS & HELPFUL"! Thanks again to her and any that were involved.....
