Please accept this email complement and recognition
of Ms. Gladys Cruz. I have been extremely anxious
and concerned about booking travel in another
country (I am not a frequent traveler) and Ms. Cruz
has been an exceptional contact and an amazing
service provider.
I wanted to please offer my compliments to her --
she did a number of things that were extremely
appreciated. First, she represented your company
"Go2Peru" -- she was amazingly quick in responding
to my initial reservation request. Second, Ms. Cruz
helped me navigate a moderately difficult (although
she made it seem easy) situation with my on-line
reservation that seemed to take my credit card twice
(she either fixed it or ensured that it didn't
happen and I confirmed that with my credit card
company). Third, she responded to my emails and
queries on the phone promptly, professionally, and
with great accomplishment regarding the initial
reservation and the concerns about payment. Fourth,
she took care of an additional request in literally
10 minutes and again made all arrangements. Finally,
Ms. Cruz resolved and addressed all of my issues
(none of which were related to your company but
instead my own incompetence and need for changes in
plans) with the utmost professionalism, kindness,
and speed.
I am completely in awe of your company and Ms. Cruz.
You have made my life so much easier and have given
me hope that this upcoming trip will also be as
easy. As mentioned, I was quite nervous about
on-line booking out of the country but your company
has been amazing.
