When you arrive to the city of Iquitos you have three alternatives, lodge in the city, lodge in a lodge interned in the jungle, or make a combination of both.

Near Iquitos there are numerous lodges that have elaborated an excellent plan of activities in full jungle. You can also find lodgings that are a little farther from the city.

These are usually located in the banks of a river and they have bungalows and cabbages that have all the comforts and private bathroom, and others of more restricted service. Some of these centers have investigation laboratories, orchid nurseries and special places for the observation.

Usually they offer services of visits and organized hikes by the interior of the jungle, they wait for your arrival at the airport, and after your trip they return you to the airport.
