- Arrival in Cuzco. Meet, assist and transfer to your selected hotel.
- CITY TOUR & RUINS: The tour will show you the amazing colonial city
built on the foundations of the Inca palaces. You will visit the
Koricancha or Temple of Inti, where you can appreciate the incredible masonry of the Incas, the
Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral with its carved woodworks, altars and
paintings. Then you will be driven to the Inca fortress of
Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman, to the
underground cave and temple of Kencco and to Tambomachay, known as the Baths
of the Inca.
- Return to hotel.
- Overnight – at selected Hotel
Day 2: Cuzco / Machu Picchu /
Cuzco (B-L)
- American breakfast.
- You will be picked up, for an early morning departure, from your hotel
to the train station.
- You will arrive to the Aguas Calientes Station in Machu Picchu where you
will be transported by bus to the top of the mountain and
citadel of
Machu Picchu, one of the most renowned examples of Inca architecture,
surrounded by lush cloud forest. Lost in history, it was not discovered
until 1911 by the American explorer Hiram
Bingham.
- After a guided visit of the ruins, you will have a self-service
lunch at local restaurant.
- Return to Poroy - Cuzco by train.
- Reception and transfer to your hotel.
- Overnight – at selected Hotel.
Day 3: Cuzco / ..... (B)
- American breakfast.
- Transfer out to the airport.
