DAY 1: LIMA /
CUZCO (L-D)
- Transfer from your hotel to Lima airport
- Flight to Cuzco. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel, welcome and
briefing.
- Morning at leisure to rest and acclimate to altitude.
- In the afternoon visit the historical center, the Plaza de Armas (Main
Square), the Cathedral and the famous Temple of the Sun (Koricancha). Also
visit the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman, visitng Sacsayhuamán, Kennco,
Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.
- Return to the hotel

DAY 2: CUZCO / RAFTING IN THE
SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / CUZCO (B-L-D)
- Breakfast at your hotel.
- Transfer by bus from your hotel to the rafting starting point on the
Urubamba River in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Inca. The difficulty
level of the river rafting is between 1 and 4. It can be 4 in the rainy season
when the level of the water is higher. So we recommend you to be in shape and
have some experience doing rafting or similar activities.
- Return to Cuzco.

DAY 3: CUZCO / MACHU PICCHU /
CUZCO (B-L-D)
- Breakfast at your hotel.
- Transfer to the train station early in the morning for a 3 and a half
hours journey to Machu Picchu town.
- Arriving at Machu Picchu rail station, board a bus that will take you to
the famous Machu Picchu, ‘Lost city of the Incas’.
- Guided tour of the site.
- Free time on the site. We suggest you some optional activities:
o Climb up the Huayna Picchu, the peak at the back of the Machu Picchu
citadel.
o Walk to the temple of the moon, a hidden temple at the back of the site
(Approx. 45 min. to go).
o Walk up the Inca trail to the sun gate to admire the Machu Picchu on a
different angle that also offers you a view of the whole valley and then if
you want walk to the archaeological site of Wiñay Wayna. (To Wiñay Wayna aprox.
3 hours from Machu Picchu)
- In the afternoon, take the bus back to Machu Picchu town where you will
take your train to return to Cuzco.
- Accommodation.
DAY 4: CUZCO / LIMA (B)
- Breakfast at your hotel.
- Transfer from your hotel to the airport for your national flight.
- In Lima, transfer to your hotel or check in for your international flight.
