Transfer from airport or bus
terminal to hotel in the city of Arequipa.

hotel.
City Tour (morning or afternoon), consisting of a tour to
historical center of
Arequipa city, visiting the Plaza de Armas (main square), the
Cathedral and Arequipa’s most representative churches, followed by a tour
to
the Campiña (countryside) where we visit the
Molino de Sabandia (Sabandia Mill) as well as other attractions that can be seen along
the way.
8.00 a.m. (aprox.) pickup from hotel
and departure from Arequipa and departure to
Colca Valley, passing through Pampa Cañahuas,
where vicuñas, llamas, alpacas and
birds, such as flamingos and
ibis can be seen. Later, we arrive at Patapampa, the highest point
on the tour.
Afterward, we descend to the Pueblo de Chivay (village of Chivay).
Arrival at hotel.

In the afternoon, a
visit to La Calera Thermal Baths (thermal, medicinal hot springs), which can
reach more than 40 degrees centigrade; a natural hot spring which is
recommended for a variety of bodily woes.

Day 3: COLCA CANYON
/ CRUZ DEL CONDOR / AREQUIPA (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
In the morning, we set off for
the Cruz del Cóndor, a place where the
Colca Canyon can be seen in all its
immensity, along with the flight of nearby condors.
On the return trip, we will
visit archeological ruins, Pre-Incan agricultural terraces, and take in
other panoramic views of Colca Canyon.
We will visit the villages of
Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma and Yanque, where traditional churches, handicraft
centers, traditional dress, and other attractions can be seen.

Return to the city of
Arequipa, arriving at approximately 5:30 p.m.
