Try some organic chicha, the drink of the Incas, and learn how this corn beer is brewed during a presentation by a local Chichera. Visit a local artisan with whom you will try your hand at traditional weaving and learn to dye yarn naturally. Discover the secrets and curative properties of local medicinal plants. Finally, learn the ways and rituals of guinea pig farming.
