| At the end
of the 50's, two young businessmen, Arnaldo
Murguía and Héctor Moyano, had the idea to
prepare delicious and unique seafood recipes
and introduce them to their friends. That is
how in 1959, TODO FRESCO opens its doors for
the first time, located at Av. Petit Thouars
block 26. Their famous dishes, their
excellent cooking, and that special feeling
of considering customers as friends allowed
TODO FRESCO to open a 2nd restaurant at the
popular Miguel Dasso Street in San Isidro.
For more than 30 years, TODO FRESCO have
prepared the most exciting Peruvian seafood
dishes to satisfy the most exquisite local
and foreign taste demands.
After a brief vacation, TODO FRESCO have
decided to come back to delight their
friends, under supervision of a new
generation as head of the restaurant now,
Carlos Ferré Murguía, recognized Chef with
major in Peruvian food, who takes the steps
of his grandfather and assumes the challenge
of a family tradition started 45 years ago,
offering a wide variety of seafood, pasta
and meats to their customers.
